Rates and Occupancy

To reserve Buckeye Trail Cabin you must use a credit card issued in your name. Persons of rental age are not permitted to make a reservation on behalf of younger guests for any reason. The card holder must be present at the cabin for the entire duration of the dates reserved.



Our rates are based on a two guest minimum occupancy ages 6 years and up, excluding tax. Each additional guest will be charged an extra fee of $25 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is from 2 to 7 guests unless otherwise approved. Children 5 years and younger stay free but count toward maximum occupancy.

- Weekdays - $199 per night     

- Weekends - $299 per night




- 3 Night Weekday Package (includes Sun.-Thurs. but not available on holidays) - 20% discount for 3rd night!


Please note: Amount discounted will equal the cost of a weekday rate for that number of people.



 No parties, or any other kind of events are permitted on the premises without express approval prior to booking. A violation of this policy may result in a cancellation of the rental agreement and other possible charges.


Reservation Policies:

Payments: As stated above, you must reserve the cabin with a credit card in your name. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the total rental rate will be due upon booking. The remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days prior your arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total rental will be due at time of booking. Reserving the cabin with a credit card is preferred, although other accommodations may be made upon request. Please see below for cancellation and refund policies. We accept most major credit cards. Taxes: There is a 6.0% lodging tax added to each reservation rate.


Check In: Check in is anytime after 3pm. Information regarding the location, directions and receiving the key will be provided in your confirmation email.


Check Out: Check out is 11:00am. Unfortunately, we are generally unable to accommodate late check out requests. This is to prepare for and ensure that the cabin is ready for our incoming guests. Late checkouts without prior approval will result in a $75 per hour fee.


Damages: We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or excessive cleaning in any regard. If you notice any problems upon your checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any unnecessary charges. A thorough inventory and cleaning is completed before each guest's arrival. The Lessee is responsible for the actions of everyone in your party.


Cancellations & Refunds: A cancellation in excess of 14 days prior to an arrival date will receive a full refund, less a service charge of $50. Cancellations within 13 days but in excess of 3 days of scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of scheduled arrival date. Any changes made to a reservation after processing will incur a $50 processing fee - requests are subject to availability. No shows are considered cancellations. No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to Hot Tubs, Television, DVD players, Wi-Fi, Telephones, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Fireplaces, Air Conditioning/Heating, Jacuzzi Tub or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds for mechanical failures out of our control. No refunds will be issued for disruptions of any utilities including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, etc. These failures are beyond our control and no refund or rent reduction will be given. Unknown construction or road noise near the property is beyond our control. If you experience noise during your stay, no refunds or relocation will be made. If a guest is disappointed or dissatisfied with the accommodations due to differences in taste regarding décor, amenities, location, etc. and declines to honor the reservation agreement, this will be considered a cancellation and no reduction or refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued in the event a person or parties are required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow the rental guidelines and policies.
